Questions in Culture: Research Revealed

University of Colorado Museum of Natural History 
Fall 2017 - Spring 2018

I was part of a team that researched, wrote labels, and selected objects for  for this exhibit which highlighted object research of the Anthropology collection at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History. Additionally, I was collections manager for this project which entailed facilitating access to collections, running reports in a relational database, and object handling for research.

Contemporary Canvases of Native Nations

Wisconsin Historical Museum
Summer 2015 - Present

As an intern I was apart of an exhibits team that developed and installed Contemporary Canvases of Native Nations. We worked with Native American Tribes of Wisconsin to highlighted indigenous artists of Wisconsin, and the process and symbolism of Indigenous art.

Trempealeau Interpretative Path (TRIP) at Perrot State Park Nature Center

During this project, I worked on a team to construct a rock art diorama and a topographic map, installed exhibit panels and cases, created mounts, and designed and implemented an educational component.

Trempealeau Interpretative Path (TRIP) at the Shirley M. Wright Library

Fall 2014 - Present

I was a part of the team that developed and implemented the first destination of TRIP at the Shirley M. Wright Library, where I assisted in leading a team to develop, design, create, and install the exhibit which explored Archaeology in Trempealeau, Wisconsin.

Transformation of Food: From Subsistence to Culture

My first exhibit experience was Transformation of Food in which I helped with development and installation, design, writing labels, and mounting objects. This exhibit explored ways in which communities of various cultures use byproducts of food to create material culture.
